The curriculum includes 560 hours of classroom-based theory and 240 hours of applied practical training, creating a strong foundation of both knowledge and hands-on experience.

Curriculum and Skills Development

During the program, students are trained in essential areas such as medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, computer and administrative skills, psychology and patient relations, and medical laboratory procedures. In addition to classroom instruction, students complete a career skills course and participate in an externship, allowing them to gain real-world experience in a professional healthcare environment.

Flexible Class Scheduling Options

Bright Education Institute understands the needs of adult learners and working students. To support different lifestyles, the Medical Assistant program offers both day and evening class schedules. Day classes are held Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., while evening classes take place Monday through Friday from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., allowing students to choose the option that best fits their schedule.

Prospective students are required to submit a high school diploma or GED, a valid photo ID, a $150 registration fee, and a completed enrollment agreement.
